By accessing boomglow.shop or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By ordering you confirm you meet this requirement.

We do our best to describe products and display prices accurately. Colors may vary slightly from on-screen images. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

An order is accepted once we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or stock issues. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments.

Shipping times, costs, and methods are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier hands the package to you.

You agree not to misuse the site — no scraping for resale, no attempts to bypass security, no infringement of intellectual property, no fraudulent orders.

All content on boomglow.shop — logos, product imagery, copy, and code — is owned by BoomGlow or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Products are provided "as is" subject to the warranty in our Refund Policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoomGlow's total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
