14-day money-back guarantee
Not in love with your BoomGlow? Send it back within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The unit must be returned in its original packaging and in resaleable condition.
How to start a return
- Email support.boomglow@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with a return shipping address.
- Drop off the parcel with the carrier of your choice.
- Once we receive and inspect the unit, we'll refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Who pays return shipping
- Defective or incorrect item: we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
- Change of mind: customer covers the return shipping cost.
Non-returnable items
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Items damaged through misuse, drops, or liquid exposure.
- Items missing parts or original packaging (may receive a partial refund).
Warranty
Every BoomGlow ships with a 14-day warranty against manufacturing defects by default. If your unit stops working through no fault of your own within that window, we'll replace it free of charge.
Customers who added the 30-Day Warranty add-on at checkout are covered for a full 30 days from delivery instead. Proof of the add-on purchase on your original order is required.

Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship — usually within a few hours of placing the order. Once a tracking number is generated, the standard return process applies.
EU / UK 14-day withdrawal
Customers in the EU and UK have an additional statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, no reason required. This is in addition to (not instead of) our 14-day guarantee.
