Processing time
Orders are processed within 1β2 business days (MonβFri, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Estimates start the day after dispatch. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs.
Priority Handling
Adding Priority Handling at checkout moves your order to the front of our fulfillment queue (same-day dispatch on business days when ordered before 2pm CET). It does not change the carrier transit time.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on that covers your package against loss, theft, and damage in transit. If something happens, email support.boomglow@gmail.com with photos and we'll send a free replacement.
Customs, duties & taxes
Orders shipped outside the seller's country may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your local authorities. These are the recipient's responsibility. We declare the actual order value on customs forms.
Wrong address or undelivered packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping cost may apply).
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't moved for 10+ business days, email us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. Orders with Shipping Protection are replaced immediately at no extra cost.
